Terms of Service
Clear, professional guidelines for successful collaborations.
01. Initial Deposit
A 30% upfront deposit is generally required. However, this is waived if I reach out to you directly (via DM) regarding a job post that explicitly excludes upfront payments.
02. Accepted Compensation
Payments must be strictly in USD (PayPal) or Robux (DevEx equivalent + Marketplace Tax). Percentage-based pay is not accepted.
03. Scope & Revisions
Two minor revisions are included. Any major feature additions outside the original agreed scope will incur additional fees.
04. Code Ownership
Full source code and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client only upon 100% completion of the final payment.
05. Timeline & Delivery
Deadlines are rigorously respected. Weekly progress updates are guaranteed to ensure transparency throughout development.
06. Communication
All professional inquiries and project discussions must remain on Discord to maintain clear, organized record-keeping.
